Established in the year, 1994, our company, Precision Components is engaged in the sphere of manufacturing a wide range of sheet metal components, assemblies and machined, turned, ground & fabricated components. In collaboration with sister concern Micro Craft, we are manufacturing more than 500 components that find their applications in different industries like LML Scooter and Motorcycles,Tata Motors.New Holland Tractors, BHEL and many export oriented units etc and various industries abroad.The entire range is fabricated at our highly developed manufacturing unit that is equipped with latest technology ensuring optimum efficiency and performance. We are an ISO certified company and ensure that the entire range is tested on requisite industry parameters. Further, we have also installed a in-house quality testing facility that is NABL approved and managed by efficient quality controllers. Being a client centric organization, we ensure that we provide durable solutions to our clients. Further, we also provide effective customized range of components to suit the varied requirements of the clients.

Manufacturing Facility
We have established a sophisticated infrastructure facility that helps us in developing our components with cutting edge technology. We own a manufacturing unit that is equipped with latest machines based on latest technology. The unit is spread over an area of 2000 square feet with installation capacity of 100000 units.
We have following facilities at our unit:
• Press Shop: Facility of Shearing and Pressing up to 150 Tons
• Machine Shop & Assembly with Traubs, SPM's, Milling and Centre less grinding
• Welding Shop: Facilities for MIG, GAS, ARC & SPOT Welding
• Tool Room: In House Tool Room facilities for making Press Tools/Gauges & Fixtures
• Electroplating Facility for Zinc Plating in Black, Green, White & Yellow
• Powder Coating & Paint shop: Facility for phosphating and dip/spray painting of parts upto 2000 mm length. |
